Halloween Spider Cupcakes – These easy spider cupcakes are a must this Halloween, and such a fun way to get the kids in the kitchen, even the big kid in you too. My girls love to make cholocate cakes, cupcakes, and muffins. They always want to help putting the eggs in, and stirring everything together. Most times I just tell them what they need to put in and voila they have most of it completed for me. LOL. At least I can take a break every now and then.
These Spider cupcakes were easy to frost, I did have to practice my heart out though to get everything pretty. Which took about 2 batches of icing, and 2 bags of cotton candy to get it right. In the end they turned out great!

1 3/4 Cup flour
3/4 Cup cocoa powder

1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp kosher salt
2 large eggs
1 Cup whole milk
1/2 Cup canola oil
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 Cup boiling water
Cupcake Directions :

Using a large bowl, mix together the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
